Enrollment Age cut off dates

The enrollment cut off dates are as follows:
PRE-K: 4 yrs old before September 1st
Kindergarten: 5 yrs old by September 1st
Level 1 – HS: Same placement as a regular school

Sunday School Fees

Annual payment of
  •  $190 per child (books included), and
  •  $100 per family refundable volunteer deposit. You can request a refund for this deposit once you have completed the 12 hours of required volunteer time. Please know that the school is exclusively run by volunteers and it would not be possible to cater to our community without parent involvement. The time we spend volunteering at the school is a crucial part of our commitment to our community.

Absence form

Please use the following form to notify our attendance team about any absences. If you have more than one child who is going to be absent for any particular day, you have to submit one request per child.
Regular attendance is very important as it enables students to fully benefit from the Islamic School. Attending school every week ensures that each student keeps up with the teacher’s lesson plan and assignment schedule. It also instills the sense that Islamic education is at least as important as the other activities in his/her life, and therefore should be taken seriously.

Volunteer

The ICL Sunday School is run solely by volunteers, including all of the teachers and administrative staff. These volunteers have signed up for a longer term and regular commitment to the school. However, these volunteers are insufficient for the school to function effectively and achieve its mission. We are always in need of volunteers for short-term commitment to perform additional tasks . Most of the volunteer tasks are simple and require a minimal amount of skill.

Parent Portal

Parent Associations become involved by supporting their students, teachers, and staff. Parents can volunteer to assist with class parties or field trips. They can help set up annual bazaars, or they can help teachers and staff with other work.
